2. Returns, Transfers, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. However, a partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
The event is cancelled for reasons unrelated to COVID-19.
The venue of the event changes.
If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or government guidelines that significantly alter the event experience, ticket purchasers may only be entitled to a partial refund.
Valid Photo ID Required: You must present valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket
No Ticket Transfers:
Tickets cannot be transferred between accounts. If you purchase a ticket for someone else, you must collect it on their behalf at the ticket exchange.
In the event of cancellation, partial refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for purchasing the ticket.
3. Accessibility and Anti-Scalping Measures
We’re committed to making The Enchanted Garden Ball accessible to all students and ensuring tickets end up in the hands of genuine attendees, not scalpers.
What You Need to Know:
Ticket Limit: Each person is limited to purchasing a maximum of 2 tickets. This policy prevents scalpers from buying large quantities and reselling at inflated prices.
No Transfers: Tickets cannot be transferred between accounts. If you’re buying a ticket for a friend, you’ll need to collect it on their behalf at the ticket exchange.
ID Required: Every ticket must be exchanged for an event wristband. The name on the ticket must match your ID during the collection process.
QR Codes Delayed: QR codes for tickets will be issued closer to the event date as an additional deterrent to scalping.
Voided Tickets: We retain the right to void any tickets suspected of being purchased by bots or by circumventing our fair ticketing policy. Voided tickets will not be refunded.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, performers, and contractors.
Third-Party Providers: Security, transport, and on-site staff are the responsibility of their contracted companies. While every effort is made to ensure contractors follow the code of conduct, The Enchanted Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for their actions. If issues arise, we can direct you to the respective company.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The Enchanted Group Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including transit to and from the event, unless caused by proven negligence.
Walking Home: Guests are strongly advised not to walk home from the event. Use organized transport options, taxis, or prearranged pickups.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
6. Event Modifications
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or lineup due to circumstances beyond their control, with no obligation for a refund unless the event is cancelled entirely.
7. Health and Safety
The Enchanted Group Ltd follows stringent Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlined in our Event Management Plan and approved by local authorities.
Entry may be refused to anyone showing symptoms of illness.
8. Accessibility
Attendees with specific access needs should contact us in advance at hello@theenchantedgroup.com to arrange accommodations.
9. Force Majeure
The Enchanted Group Ltd is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters).
War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
Government regulations, public health mandates, or other emergencies.
10. Alcohol and Substance Policy
Alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the event site. Any alcohol found during security checks will be confiscated or emptied.
Guests will be subject to a search upon entry. By attending the event, you agree to these security measures.
Any items suspected of carrying banned substances or alcohol may be confiscated.
Prohibited Items:
Glass bottles, including perfume and aftershave bottles, are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed into the event.
Hip flasks will be confiscated, and their return is not guaranteed. Guests bring such items at their own risk.
An amnesty box will be available at the entrance for the disposal of illegal substances.
11. Emergency Policy
In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and emergency personnel. Emergency exits and procedures will be clearly communicated.
12. Intellectual Property
All event materials, including but not limited to images, videos, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Enchanted Group Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
13. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
Single-use vapes are prohibited on the event site and will be confiscated.
14. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the event site.
15. Parking Policy
Parking is not allowed on-site. Arrival must be by drop-off, taxi, or coach only.
16. Data Protection (GDPR)
The Enchanted Group Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Personal data will be collected and processed only for the purposes of ticketing, event organization, and communication.
Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shared only with trusted third parties for essential operational purposes.
Attendees have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data. Requests can be made via hello@theenchantedgroup.com.
